Senior Construction Project Manager Senior Project Manager T&M Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of projects including construction management, design- build and contracting for residential and light commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include: •Manage work on modular home setups, custom site-built construction, renovations to existing homes and buildings, and light commercial projects •Provide the necessary planning, organizing, coordinating and control of each project assigned •Provide detailed project take off and estimate costs for quoting new projects. •Complete quality projects safely and within scheduled time and budget •Assist in the pre-construction phase of projects, and complete post construction reports •Prepare and maintain project schedules •Provide total customer satisfaction including answering customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner •Solicit bid prices and negotiate with subcontractors •Prepare and administer subcontract agreements and approve subcontractors and suppliers invoices •Ensure that all actions of the company are accomplished in an ethical and prudent manner •Coordinate and work closely with the site foreman and sales person •Weekly review with management on all projects status •Obtain permits, licenses, approvals required for each project Requirements: •Minimum 10 years in construction/project management position •Experience managing residential and light commercial construction projects •Experience with the above listed responsibilities A competitive salary package including RRSP’s, profit sharing and excellent group benefits is offered
