| Bilingual HR Recruiter - 6 Month Cont Burke & Associates Inc., a recruitment and consulting firm located in Nova Scotia, is currently hiring an experienced Bilingual HR Recruiter for a 6 month contract. The recruiter will act as Burke & Associates representative in New Brunswick. You will be required to liaison between Burke & Associates and potential candidates in the New Brunswick area. You will be responsible for various steps in the recruitment process in a fast paced environment, where you will be required to meet deadlines. Responsibilities: • Resume screening • Telephone Interviews • Facilitation of computer assessment • Bilingual assessment in French and English • Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI) • Reference checking • Provide feed back regarding the outcome of interviews • Represent client at various job fairs, if required • Act as liaison between Burke and client, in order to recruit candidates • Administration functions as required Skills: • Post secondary education, preferable in Human Resources management, or equivalent work experience • Must have previous recruitment experience and strong interviewing skills • Must be fluently bilingual in French and English, both oral and written • Act in a professional capacity as a representative of Burke & Associates • Strong computer skills in a Microsoft environment • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Ability to meet tight deadlines • Class 5 drivers license is a requirement • Flexibility to travel to various New Brunswick locations as needed We thank all candidates for their interest in this position however, only those being considered for an interview will be contacted. | |
