| Regional Sales Representative - Let the Venture Begin The regional sales representative will report to the President and CEO, GrowthWorks Atlantic where you will lead efforts in establishing the foundation of the critical francophone market of New Brunswick. This exciting and rare mission will allow you to combine your technical investment/venture capital knowledge with above average networking and solution sales abilities in facilitating the long term growth of GrowthWorks Atlantic. This role would fit an individual with a background in an investment/financial planning background. A rare role where you will have the opportunity to use your talent driving sales in key francophone markets within the province of New Brunswick. This role can be segmented into one part account management and one part business development. The process typically consists of meeting with targeted financial planners and investment advisors, learning about their world and needs and positioning GrowthWorks Atlantic solutions in dealing with their needs. Key Functions and Deliverables: Drive Brand Awareness: Enhance GrowthWorks brand throughout francophone communities of New Brunswick. This will involve utilizing networking abilities in attending applicable association(s) forums and trade shows. In addition, guest speaking at the Board or Trade and other targeted events. Asset Gathering: Promote GrowthWorks products and solutions utilizing multiple sales strategies. This will involving meeting and managing current client accounts, develop sales leads through a combination of activities such as conducting presentations, delivering promotional material to the ideal target groups and providing personalized follow up to top prospects and clients. Relationship development and management: Building on past relationship development success you will create a logical and organized system to track client communications. This may include learning both business and non business interests and be a disseminator of personalized information valuable to our clients. Requirements: • Hold a university degree and fluent in both English and French • Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course and investment sales experience is an asset • Must have an ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of mutual funds and other secuties • Past experience in developing and managing successful business relationships • You will thrive on autonomy and are known for showing a great deal of initiative • Ability to think strategically in solving business related problems (What, if anything, would be impacted by decision x?) • Willing to travel through the province of New Brunswick. | |
