Alzheimer Society of NB Fredericton Regional Coordinator

The Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick, a not for profit organization, is looking for a Regional Coordinator in the Fredericton area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, and in accordance with the philosophy, policies, and strategic plans of the Society, the candidate will be responsible for:

· Initiating and supporting the creation of a volunteer interdisciplinary advisory committee.
· Coordinating regional fund raising, support, and education activities.
· Recruiting and coordinating active volunteers involved in fundraising and support services of the Alzheimer Society.
· Develop media relations.
· Promoting partnerships with existing health services in the area.


QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma
· Bilingual
· Experience with volunteers and non-profit organization is an asset
· Computer literate
· Possess valid license and able to travel in the area
· Work flexible hours.

SALARY: As per NB scale
